The steel frame of WS bed bases is made of section pipe (28 x 25 x 1,5 mm)covered with scratchproof and rustproof epoxy powder painting.

model WS2

The slats in anti-noise slat holders are adjusted to the inner side of the steel frame. Available sizes of the slats: width - 35 to 96 mm; thickness - 8 to 12 mm. The bed base can be used as a normal sofa base, for it may have from 4 to 9 legs (depending on the base size) attached to the frame by 2 screw-bolts M8x16 with screw-nuts M8.

Natural elasticity of the slats made of steamed birch plywood guarantee adaptation of the supporting surface to the body contour, avoiding shocks in the pressure points.

model WS3

The steel frame of WS1 type bed base can not be disassembled in contrast to WS2 type which can and is more convenient to transport.
The WS2 double bed base has unbroken (of one piece) slats through the whole width of the double bed base.

The steel frame of the WS3 type is nonseparable (can’t be disassembled) and has unbroken (of one piece) slats through the whole width of the double bed base.
